Simulation and Application of Weak Signal Detection Based on Chaos Theory

  The extraction of weak signals from noisy backgrounds is an important part of the modern information theory.Traditional methods based on linear systems such as filtering have limitation in such applications while Chaos theory has more advantage,which becomes an important research direction.In this paper,the nonlinear chaotic Duffing oscillator is studied and simulated for its phase trajectory,noise performance,detection principle of intermittent chaos.Also the application in the density based on vibration measurement is presented.It shows chaos theory has great real application in weak signal detection.
