Start-up Control of Automated Mechanical Transmission with Wet Clutch

  To solve the problems of poor smoothness and big frictional work in start-up of automated mechanical transmission with wet clutch.The start-up fuzzy control strategies is proposed.The precise control of clutch pressure is obtained by using optimization of fuzzy control parameter based on ant colony algorithm.The simulation and experiment results showed that the control strategy reduces the driveline shock and friction loss,improves the start-up quality effectively.
