The Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing Behavior on College Students in Virtual Communities

摘要：

　　The paper builds the influential factor model of virtual community knowledge sharing behavior from the four dimensions.By using structural equation model,the paper makes an empirical research on the key factors of promoting the college students knowledge sharing behavior in the virtual community and the impact of knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members on the community loyalty.
