Local Government Regional Cooperation Transformation and Innovation in the Background of the Belt and Road Strategy

　　The Belt and Road strategy is the significant platform for advancing the regional economic integration and realizing mutual benefit.The Transformation and Innovation of local government regional collaboration governance along the belt and road is an important driving force for the implementation of the Belt and Road strategy.Based on Institutional collective action(ICA),this article will be analyzed local government regional collaboration systematically and integrated the strategic ideas of the Belt And Road into local government regional cooperation and pointed out that the Belt and Road strategy provides new guidance,new impetus and new ideas for regional cooperation.By connecting the local governments with the relevant functions of connectivity,we will promote the transformation and innovation of regional cooperation in terms of content and timing.
