The Superior System of Sci-Tech Development in China:An Overview of the Research on the Whole-Nation System of Sci-Tech Innovation
The whole-nation system of sci-tech innovation,which is derived from the whole-nation system of sports,is an important facet of the socialist whole-nation system.The whole-nation system of technological innovation is an integral part of the China model.It is characterized by the China-style big science.With the help of the whole-nation system,China has realized the leap-forward development of science and technology.Such system has a series of institutional advantages.Under the whole-nation system,we concentrate our forces on major tasks to achieve high efficiency,develop a spirit of strong social cohesion,lofty spiritual driving force,strong sense of national identity,establish a scientific decision-making system.However,this system also has its limitations,such as putting too much emphasis on the role of government.The discussion about the institutional advantages of Chinas sci-tech development is conducive to understanding,building and deepening the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
