Integration and Collaboration:Realizing the Change of Food Safety Supervision Mode
At present,the food safety problems emerge in an endless stream,the traditional food safety supervision mode and the concept cannot cope with the complex food safety problems any longer.The government has carried out a comprehensive layout of the administrative system reform.As an important aspect of the reform,food safety supervision is directly related to the peoples livelihood.This paper expounds the current situation of food safety supervision mode from the perspective of holistic governance and collaborative governance,sump up the various challenges faced by the supervision model,changing from the single supervision subject to the diversification of the supervision subjects,turns the government regulation to the trans-boundary cooperation combining society and the government,pays full attention to the equality,dependence,cooperation,integration and coordination as well as various resources and strength of the parties participate in,thus to achieve the changes in the inherent logic and mode of food safety supervision.
