Research on the PPP Coordination under the Logic of Stakeholders

摘要：

　　The coordination of interest within the PPP model is the focus of the government and social capital as well as the foundation for long-term and stable cooperation between the government and social capital.Based on the Stakeholder Theory,at first,this paper analyzes relationship among these stakeholders within the PPP model and conflict of potential interest.Then,further interpretation is given on practical problems in interest coordination within the PPP model,and a feasible suggestion is put forward.
