The Governance Pattern of Public-Private Partnership

　　At present,a great achievement has been made in the global governance of poverty elimination,disease prevention,and energy protection since the 21st century.Due to the negative effects of globalization and emergence of global crises,the current governance pattern could not satisfy the demands of publics any more,and many issues on the agenda of international conferences have been neglected.Meanwhile,the current pattern of global governance is no longer adapted to the challenges of tomorrows world.Public-Private Partnership(PPP),known as the cooperation pattern between between pubic and private sectors,which can bring greater validity and sustainability to the provision of public services,has become a new pattern of global governance and could help to solve some major issues in the world.
