NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND DESIGN OF CONTROL DEVICE FOR COLLECTING COLD ROLLED STEEL STRIP DUST
The cold rolled steel strip is slowly cooled down after coming out from hot rolling machine.Then,the surface of the steel strip is oxidized into oxide scale.After undergoing processes such as extruding,stretching,bending,and straightening 1,the oxide scale begins to fall off and a lot of dust will be generated,which poses a threat to the health of workers.In this paper,a device for controlling the oxide scale dust was designed.Through numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the specific equipment parameters were put forward,which provided the theoretical basis for the control of the cold rolled steel strip dust.
