DESIGN AND RESEARCH ON THE PIEZOELECTRIC PUMP OF SINGLE-CAVITY DUAL-OUTLET WITH BLUFF BODIES

  A new type of piezoelectric pump of single cavity dual outlet with bluff bodies.With circular piezoelectric oscillator as the driving element, structurally, Through the special arrangement of bluff bodies in the pump chamber, Forward guide liquid output;Set the dual outlet structure, enhance the practicality of the same time, ease the valve-free piezoelectric pump reflow problem.The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the internal flow field of the piezoelectric pump, and the effectiveness of the structure is verified.Produced a piezoelectric pump of single-cavity dual-outlet with bluff bodies prototype, Then the flow resistance tests and flow test.The results showed that: Flow resistance to the positive and negative differences are significant of bluff bodies, When the drive voltage is 450V at 6Hz, Piezoelectric pump output flow to the maximum of 17.4mL/min.
