THE STABILITY OF HARD PRINTING MEMBRANE WITH SCRATCH

  The stability of an axially moving hard printing membrane with the scratch is investigated.The differential equation of motion of the scratched hard printing membrane with motion is established,and the complex characteristic equation is derived by the differential quadrature method,The general eigenvalue problem of the scratched axial moving paperboard is calculated.Numerical results show that the depth and position of the scratch have a great influence on the critical speed of the divergence instability and the coupled mode flutter instability.The research provides a theoretical basis for scratch detection of hard printing membrane.
