SURFACE MOTION OF ANISOTROPIC HALF SPACE CONTAINING DIFFERENT DEFECTS UNDER PLANE SH WAVE
Surface motion of anisotropic half space under plane SH wave is investigated by means of complex function method and multi polar coordinate system. The anisotropy of the half space is considered in order to satisfy practical condition.Three defects (cavity, inclusion and lining) are discussed to demonstrate different influences on surface motion.Based on different boundary conditions of defects, surface displacement amplitudes of the half space under plane SH wave are investigated.Numerical results show that surface motion of the half space is affected by the defect embedded significantly, especially when the half space is anisotropic.
