PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES OF ULTRASONIC MOTOR UNDER HIGH SPEED ROTATING CONDITIONS
In this paper, theoretical analysis and experimental researches are carried out to analyze the rotation performance of ultrasonic motor (USM) under high revolution speed conditions.First of all, the dynamical equation derivation of ultrasonic motor under high rotation condition is carried out.Then, the warpage of ultrasonic motor stator in centrifugal field is calculated, the ultrasonic motor stator in centrifugal field is numerical simulated by using ANSYS finite element analysis method, the frequency, mode shape and amplitude of the stator vibration state is presented.A high-speed rotating experimental apparatus for testing the motor rotation performances is designed.At last, systematic analysis of the rotation speed of ultrasonic motor on High-Speed-Motor (HSM) is carried out.
