ANALYSIS ON THE INTERACTION OF TWO MICRO-BEAMS IMMERSED IN LIQUID UPPER A QUARTZ CRYSTAL PLATE AND THE INDUCED FREQUENCY SHIFT
The coupled dynamic model of a QCR carrying an array of micro-beams in liquid environment is established.The flow velocity distribution around single beam and double beams are compared and analyzed.The results show that for a sparse array of micro-beams, the results of a single beam can be applied to all beams if the vibration states of each beam are assumed to be consistent.As an example, the frequency shift induced by a sparse array of micro-beams immersed in liquid is calculated.It is revealed that the influence of liquid on micro-beams is added mass effect.
