A PIEZOELECTRIC ENERGY HARVESTER BASED ON A PIEZOELECTRIC BEAM WITH A FERROELECTRIC INVERSION LAYER
Flexural vibration of piezoelectric beam with a ferroelectric inversion layer is analyzed.The structure analyzed represents a kind of piezoelectric generator for converting mechanical energy from Flexural vibrations to electrical energy.Analytical expressions and numerical results for the output voltage, current, power, efficiency and power density are given.
