Research on the Effect of MCI Brain Health Intervention Based on PSM Analysis
Ageing is a serious problem in the world, which carries out issues related with the elderly health both in body and life, health Ageing is our inevitable social issue and we should pay appropriate attention to it.This paper analyzes whether brain health intervention could mitigate cognitive decline in the elderly with Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) queue data effectively in 2002, 2005 and 2008.Firstly, we horizontally studied the related samples in 2002 with propensity score matching, after which we carried out Dunnett T3 test and preliminary found brain health intervention contributes greatly on elderly cognitive function with improving the average MMSE scores.Except horizontal research, we studied the related samples in 2002, 2005 and 2008 vertically, after analysis of binary logistic regression, and found that brain health intervention had significantly statistics meaning (P<0.05) on the elderly cognitive function.The research shows that brain health intervention could help mitigate the decline trend of elderly cognitive function.The result above is the base for some research MCI Brain Health Intervention development in daily life, which is effective for MCI Ageing with Non-drug intervention.
