Cognitive Training for the Elderly in the Community --to Fight against Cognitive Ageing by Playing Games
1 Introduction 1.1.Cognitive Ageing While getting old, people may find some deterioration of their daily abilities.For example, sometimes they may forget the place of the keys where they put last night.Sometimes they may find themselves cannot focus on a longstanding talk any more.Sometimes, they may feel difficult and frustrated to learn a new thing.Psychologists use cognitive Ageing to describe the above changes that happened with Ageing.Actually, cognitive Ageing is a process of gradual ongoing, yet highly variable changes in cognitive functions that occur as people get older (Institute of Medicine, 2015).Just like physical Ageing, cognitive Ageing happens at everyones later life, probably causing confusion, anxiety and frustration.
