The Progress and Innovation of Active Ageing Learning (Le-Ling Education) in Taiwan

1 Introduction A new era for what we refer to as the active Ageing learning began in Taiwan in 2008.Eight years of practice have produced plentiful results, such as curricula development, teachers training, instructional design, and evaluation methods.A unique active Ageing educational model has been established in Taiwan through the planning and implementation carried out by the Active Ageing Learning and Counseling Group (AALCG) (Wei, 2012).This model has become an innovative educational program for Taiwans Ageing society.
