An Appraisal of Business Risk With Financial and Nonfinancial Index --Empirical test on strategic emerging enterprises in China

摘要：

　　This paper establishes business risk appraisal system from seven dimensions of finance, operation, profitability, solvency, growth, innovation and management risk with twenty-five financial and non-financial indictors, and the evaluate the business risk of listed companies of strategic emerging industry in China are evaluate.The results show that strategic emerging enterprises are all safe generally.The most risks are embodied in technology innovation and management risk.
