Development and Validity Test for the Scale of Perceived Team Faultlines Strength
This paper puts forward a new concept-perceived team faultlines strength and further proposes a 2-dimension model, respectively are perceived subgroups internal strong-tie and perceived subgroups external weak-tie.After that, the study also develops and validates the measurement scale of perceived team faultlines strength.Empirical analysis result shows that our measurement scale is of good reliability of internal consistency, convergent validity and discriminative validity.
