Research on Diversification and Performance of Agricultural Listed Companies

摘要：

　　This paper selected 57 agricultural A-share listing company financial data as samples from 2012 to 2014,research on the relationship between diversification and the agricultural listing company performance.The results showed that the agricultural listing company performance and Diversification degree are proportional relationship.which is the decrease of the performance score, the principal value of the main business is also declining.the main business rate and performance have the same trend, the main business profit margins rise, the performance level also increased.
