Study of Scientific and Technological Achievements Evaluation System in Jinpu New Area

摘要：

　　Taking Jinpu new area as an example, from the view of scientific and technological achievement evaluation, the author systematically analyzes and searches the condition of Jinpu new areas science and technology development, plans to build an evaluation index system of scientific and technological achievements which is workable and valuable.Besides, in order to evaluate scientific and technological achievements effectively ,the author sets the relative weight of each index,and designs the scoring method of the evaluation.
