Using Parlor Audits to Improve Milk Quality

One of the services offered to Diamond V customers is a parlor audit.Milk quality is very important to the dairy producer as bacterialinflammatory damage to milk secreting tissue in the udder reduces the milk production capacity, as well as reduces the reproductive performance of dairy cattle.A parlor audit evaluation centers around four main areas;People, equipment, cows and the environment.I am looking to see if there are systems in place around these areas to assure consistency everyday.I am also looking to see what compliance to the systems are, and if there may be a better system to accomplish the dairies goals.
