MiR-145 regulates lipogenesis in goat mammary cells
Introduction In the last ten years, miRNAs have emerged as important regulators of milk synthesis in ruminant mammary gland, but a limited number of goat miRNA sequences are available in the miRBase version 21.We integrated Solexa high-throughput sequencing technique and bioinformatics, our sequencing data and published data to obtain the profiles of differentially expressed miRNAs during different stages of lactation to determine the regulatory mechanisms of miR-145 on lipid metabolism in GMEC.
