Introduction At present, the detection of amino acids in dairy products is mainly based on amino acid analyzer.However, the amino acid analyzer is not commonly used, there should be new alternative methods to replace.Ultra performance liquid chromatography is a new direction of system science in separation, which has improved in many places on the basic of high performance liquid chromatography to have good separation and high sensitivity.
