Advances of Detection for Residues of Nitrofuran Metabilites

Introduction:Nitrofurans are broad-spectrum antibiotics.Include:frazolidone、 nitrofurazone、 furantoin and furaltadone.Many counties have paid great attentions to nitrofuran antibiotics due to their intense toxicity and carcinogenic1.Nitrofurans are poor stability in animals,but its metabolites can be combined with histone to form stable compounds,residual time for several weeks.So that this paper main discussed testing technology research progress of nitrofuran metabolites and contrast analysis:liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.chemiluminescence immunoassay method and liquid chip technology,to look forward to provide technical support for the quality and safety risk assessment of fresh and raw milk.
