Milk Quality and Impact Factors in Gansu Province, Northwest China
Introduction Chinas milk quality was significantly lower than the dairy developed countries.Besides, long-term intake of heavy metal contaminated food easy to produce a potential hazard to the human body.Therefore,it is the important to understand the situation of heavy metal pollution in milk and the quality of milk, with the changes of seasons, breeding mode and the quality of feed.Materials and methods Chose seven cities in Gansu province, and 21 dairy farming sites and analyze the pollution status and degree of milk by pollution index method (Single-factor pollution index;Nemerow integrated pollution index;Pollutant sharing rate).Use portable milk composition analyzer to analyze milk composition,and use the national standard method to detection of heavy metal (Pb;Cr;Cd;Hg;As)content in milk.Use SPSS 19.0 and Amos 21.0 to process statistical analysisand drawing the pictures.
