Introduction With the improvement of peoples living standard and the change of dietary structure, dairy products have become an important part of daily diet. The safety of milk is closely related to the health of people.A carcinogen, aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in polluted milk could cause great harm to human health (Gong et al.,2016).In this study, raw milk samples in seven cities in Gansu were selected as the research object to detect their content of AFM 1.Understanding the pollution level and seasonal variation of AFM 1 in milk can provide theoretical knowledge for the production practice and useful information to consumers.
