Discussion on Some Problems in the Determination of the Durability and Reliability Data of Control Circuit Devices

　　In this paper, the verification test methods of durability and the determination method of the reliability data of electrical control circuit devices are discussed, and some problems in the IEC 60947 standard are discussed.
