A Wiener-Process-Based Reliability Model under Competing Failure Modes by Considering Shocks

  The reliability model of electrotechnical products under competing failure modes of nature degradation and shocks is presented in this paper.The stochastic property of shocks is described by Possion process and the nature degradation is modeled by Wiener process.And by taking normal shock and extreme shock into account simultaneously, the joint reliability model under these three failure modes is obtained.Numerical simulation indicates with the increase of arriving frequency, damage and failure probability, the reliability obviously decreases.
