Measuring Methods and Experimental Verification of Electrical Contact Welding Defect Based on Ultrasonic NDT Technology

　　In the low-voltage industry, the ultrasonic detection for electrical contact quality evaluation is used as a non-destructive testing (NDT fore short) and effective method.To a large extent, the accuracy of ultrasonic detection result is related to the setting of detection parameter.This article introduce the principle of a new way to set the testing parameter for welded electrical contact, and also shows verification experiment results.It shows that the experimental result is consistent with theoretical perspectives.Thus, this method has a great operability and expansibility.
