The Effect of Breaking Forces on the Performance of Electrical Contact Dynamic Weldings

　　Contact welding can occur in both make and break operations.In order to research effects of breaking forces on the probability of welding phenomena in separations, electrical endurance tests were conducted with a simulation test device under different separation forces.The results showed that the probability of welding in separations did not monotonically decrease with increasing breaking forces.However, as breaking forces increased, the number of operations before the first welding occurred is increased in a fluctuated way.
