Design and Reliability Analysis of Mobile Wireless Transmission Device Based on CCL Resonant Topology
Switch tube is an important part of the wireless electrical transmission device, the life and reliability of the tube would influence the reliability of the whole device directly.And junction temperature is the vital element to influent switch reliability, the degree of the junction temperature is decided by the losses on the switch.In this paper, CCL resonant topology has been applied on power transmitter side.It would decrease conduction losses caused by switches, especially the conduction losses which caused when the whole device worked in uncoupled status.The switching losses on CCL resonant topology also be reduced by soft-switching technology.Finally, the junction temperature caused by these two losses would be reduced, and the life of the switch would be improved.Compared with the device apply series resonant circuit as its resonant topology on transmitter side, CCL resonant topology is better for switch reliability.This method is verified by theory analysis and simulation experiment.
