Research on Reliability of Magnetic Resonance Coupling Wireless Charging Device with Series-Parallel Model
The technology of magnetic resonance coupling wireless charging is gradually used in some areas, such as electric vehicles, portable electronic devices and mobile robots.To guarantee its security and reliability, reliability analysis need to be carried out.Circuit theory of magnetic resonance coupling wireless charging with series-parallel (SP) model and the relations of SP model wireless power between transmission power, frequency, distance and efficiency are illuminated.Meanwhile, factors that influence the reliability of SP model are described and the influence of reliability on switch loss of power devices is emphasized.Then this thesis compares the impact on reliability of SP model circuit with hard switching and soft switching separately, studies soft switching based on phase lock technology, which improves the devices of operating frequency and efficiency.The analytical and experimental results show that soft-switch based on phase lock technology has efficiently decreased switching loss and increased the reliability of device.
