Structure Design and Static Characteristics Analysis of a kind of SolenoidElectromagnet

摘要：

　　The solenoid electromagnet in this paper is mainly used for a new type of automatic transfer switching equipment (ATSE).Its performance of the electromagnetic mechanism is related to thereliability of the product.Thereaction force characteristics of solenoid electromagnet are analyzed deeply.According to characteristics of thereaction force and the static attractive force, structural style is determined.Based on electromagnetic theory, the structure parameters are calculated and the structure design is completed.The finite model is built with ANSOFT software.Thestaticcharacteristic simulation is studied on.The magnetic pole force, the magnet coil force and the magnetic field distribution are analyzed.
