Numerical Analysis on the Temperature Field of Electrical Connectors under the Temperature Change Conditions
Concerning on the effect of changing temperature on the performance of electrical connectors, one kind of virtual temperature change test scheme combined with the finite element method was provided.The element multi-physical coupling model was established according to the thermal analysis theory and multi-physics coupling theory, the simulation analysis of electrical connector temperature field distribution under the conditions of different temperature change rates and different temperature ranges was conducted respectively.Simulation test results show that the greater the ambient temperature change rate, the higher the temperature rise in electrical connector during the exposure at low/high temperature stress;the temperature of electrical connectors during the exposure at low/high temperature stress increases with the increase of ambient temperature, while the temperature rise holds steady basically.
