Rapid Evaluationon Reliability of Low-voltage Switchgear Based on Markov Process
In this paper, Markov process was applied to analysis of the reliability of low-voltage switchgear.Taking low-voltage drawer-type switch cabinet motor control center as an example, the system was divided into six subsystems according to its different functions and structural characteristics.And Markov model was applied to establish the state space of subsystem.Then transfer density matrix was given and the steady-state probability of each state and its availability were obtained by solving the equations.By analysis of the steady-state probability, it is found that breaker is at the highest risk of failure, which is the key component affecting equipment reliability.The results provide theoretical support for improving the reliability and developing rational execution policy maintenance strategy of low voltage switchgear and other repairable complex systems.
