Research onMonitoring Technology and Processing Method of Electric Stress Characteristic Parameters for AC Contactor
Electrical operation reliability is one of the important indicators of the reliability of ac contactor.It can be forecast though the electric stress analysis of ac contactor.Firstly, online real-time monitoring method of electric stress for ac contactor is proposed to monitor power supply voltage, voltage between contacts and load current, and the dynamic waveform of 6 voltage signals and 3 current signals are obtained.Secondly, according to the change of electric stress at a make process and a break process, and considering the multichannel signals sampling mode, the processing method of multichannel acquisition data fusion is put forward to improve the extraction accuracy of electric stress characteristic parameters.Finally, the electrical life test of ac contactor is conducted by using the designed monitoring test system.The electric stress characteristic parameters are extracted from the collected data to lay foundation for the research of electric life changing law of ac contactor.The comparative analysis indicates that the proposed data processing method can improve the electric stress characteristic parameters extraction accuracy under the same sampling frequency.
