Reliability Analysis of Soft-Switching of Wireless Power Transmission DC-AC Converter
Magnetically Coupled Resonant Wireless Power transmission system is widely used in wireless charging for electric vehicles, so the reliability problems are also concerned.With the development of power electronic devices and improvement of the switching frequency, switching loss become the main loss in the circuit.Using soft switching technology is the effective way to solve the switching loss.Realizing soft switching can effectively reduce du/dt and di/dt of switching instant, that is to achieve zero current switching when the main switch turns on and zero voltage switching when it turns off.The definition and operating principles of wireless power transmission are given in the paper.The simulation experiment shows that realizing soft switching have effect on the switch loss.When considering the reliability of the high-frequency inverter circuit alone, the reliability analysis of circuit element using the method of circuit element stress under soft switching and hard switching has been done, and generate reports.The reports show that: the life of DC-AC converter in the soft switching more than 14% in hard.
