Research of ATSE Characteristic Parameter Test and Analysis Platform Based on Single Chip Microcomputer Control Technology and Singular Value Algorithm
Aomatic transfer switching equipment (ATSE) is widely used in all kinds of important places in the power system, and takes on the important task of uninterrupted power supply.Its normal and spare power supply switching operation is a complex physical, chemical, and mechanical comprehensive nonlinear process, the transition time and transformation related electrical properties of the pros and cons of directly affects the stability and reliability of the operation of the product.The original testing and analysis of the electrical performance mainly depends on the instrument method and the way of manual operation, the test efficiency is low, the data is not accurate enough.The voltage sensor, an SCM, a liquid crystal display screen, a data acquisition card design and implement a new ATSE integrated characteristic parameters testing & analysis platform, by single-chip microcomputer control technology to realize the single-phase and three-phase automatic regulating pressure, auto power off and auto switching test mode and other functions;introducing singular value algorithm, two cursor operation is implemented in waveform point mutation of precise positioning, to automatically calculate the characteristic parameters such as,power supply voltage deviation, contact transfer time, operating transfer time, total operating time, return transfer time.The platform optimizes the ATSE products test process, improve the detection efficiency, and provide a good way for the accurate and reliable testing of ATSE products.
