Power Supply Failure Monitoring and Failure Analysis Based on Vibration Stimulation

  Vibration stress is an important factor affecting the reliability of electronic systems.To study the failure mode of power supply under vibration stress is an important method to improve its reliability.But for the failure analysis of the electronic system under the vibration stress, the electrical performance test and the corresponding fault diagnosis are mostly carried out after the failure of the electronic system, which can not obtain the electronic signal changes of each module inside the electronic system before and after the fault occurs, which will affect the accuracy of the fault diagnosis and failure analysis.And it is difficult to observe the electronic system after the failure in the failure analysis of some sealing systems.This paper presents a method of vibration stress-based failure excitation and monitoring for aerospace power.First of all, This paper focusing on the aerospace high voltage power module design a system for the real-time condition monitoring of the high voltage power, which could acquire the data of the nodes, control the switching of the testing nodes, display and save the test data, realize the failure alarm of the power module.Then exert vibration stress to effectively stimulate the possible failure modes of the high voltage power, acquire the real-time condition of the power module using the condition-monitoring system designed.And conduct high-voltage power supply fault diagnosis and analysis based on the vibration simulation of high-voltage power supply and the Saber circuit simulation of the faulty module, which will point out the weak point of the design.And verify the correctness of the diagnosis result through the fault injection test.
