Research and Practice on the Electrical Life Test Method and Condition of the Switched Capacitor Type Contactor
The electrical endurance test method of the capacitor changeover contactor is not clear in the national standard GB14048.4-2010 of the contactor.After the analysis and practice of the IEC standard, the national standard and the actual application condition of the product, the electrical endurance test method and the prescribed condition of a set of capacitor load type are established.IEC60947-4 standard requirements for the AC-6b test parameters, there is no test power capacitor load requirements, the sample is only connected to the rated capacitor load.However, through the analysis of the test results, the test parameters on the contact life of the contactor is very small, the results of the design and quality control of the reference value is small.After practice, the test power supply in advance into the capacitor load, the inrush current will be greatly improved when the test product connected to the capacitor.To solve the investment deviation of the capacitor is insufficient or redundant test results and on the grid caused by contradiction between the effects, we use the closing phase angle controller, data acquisition system by the capacitor bank switching operations, the statistics of capacitor inrush current value growth curve of saturation, determine the appropriate power capacitor load quantity.Finally, a complete set of switching capacitor type contactor electrical life test method and test conditions are determined.The test conditions can accurately reflect the actual application of the capacitor changeover contactor contact life in the actual application.
