Study on the Reliability of the Contact Bouncing

  In order to prevent the bounce of the contactor resulted from the process of closing , the process of the bouncing of the contactors was analysed.The process of contact and the synchronization is studied.The asynchronization of the contactors closing period was studied.A new contactors structure which can prevent the bounce was proposed.Through the test data in the Oscillogram the different data were compared for the contactor structures.The bouncing process with the different contactor structure were analysed.The New structure can effectively reduce the asynchronization resulted from the closing process between the dynamic and static contactors, the contactors can be installed vertically with the plus or minus error angle error.
