Research on the electrodynamic force of the magnetic latching relay
A magnetic latching relay was taken as the research object, with the help of ANSYS software and its electrodynamic force was done.Three-dimensional solid model of the magnetic latching relay spring components and contact parts was established by using ANSYS and the virtual simulation experiment was carried out.The calculation of Lorentz force was based on the principle of equal moment of repulsive force, and then Lorentz force was reducted to the moving contact;the conductive bridge method was used on Holm-forces calculation, the current contraction between the contacts was described by using a single conductive spot.It was shown in the simulation test results that simulation analysis of the electric repulsion force of moving contact can effectively simulate the force of the moving contact.Because the current load is the alternating current, the electric repulsive force of the moving contact can be obtained by the simulation analysis and it was alternative.
