Fault Prediction of Low-Voltage Breaker
Low-voltage switchgear is a critical component of low-voltage distribution system.And the safety of low-voltage switchgear affects the normal operation of low-voltage distribution system.Low-voltage switchgears planned maintenance model brought two questions: excess maintenance and insufficient maintenance, then significantly reduced the economy of equipment maintenance.There are many switch devices in low-voltage switchgear, and the function of low-voltage circuit breaker is very important.This paper takes low-voltage circuit breaker as an example.Predicted the working state of low-voltage circuit breaker by the method of fuzzy theory, and then carried out a targeted maintenance schedule according to the fault prediction results.In this way, not only save maintenance cost, but ensure the safe and reliable operation of the low-voltage distribution system.
