Study on the Technology of Reliability Growth and the Reliability Assessment Method of Low Voltage Switchgear

　　Reliability assessment and the technology of reliability growth are two important branches in the field of reliability.They are used in the different stages of the products lifetime.Low voltage switchgear is widely used in the low voltage power distribution system and control system.So the reliability of the equipment is very important.In the development stage, an AMSAA model is set up to evaluate the reliability of the products.Weibull distribution is a common life distribution in reliability assessment.In this paper, AMSAA model and how to determine the point and interval estimation of the Weibull parameters and characteristics of low voltage switchgear are researched.
