摘要：

Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have attracted significant interest due to their advantages of small size, low energy consumption,high efficiency and long life time.In general, LEDs were recognized as one kind of the economical and efficient solid-state lighting sources.Thereinto, high-purity green light plays an important role in backlight of liquid crystal display.
