On the General Mechanism of Precursor Conversation to Metal Chalcogenide Nanocrystals at LowTemperature

摘要：

The last thirty years have witnessed a worldwide interest in the development of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs)aiming at applications such as light emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells, and bio-imaging, with significant efforts on the development of the NCs also called quantum dots (QDs) which are spherical in shape.However, NC synthesis has been performed as an empirical art, lacking mechanistic guidance.
