All-Inorganic Perovskite QLEDs towards Flexible High-Definition Displays

Perovskite light-emitting diodes (LEDs) has become a hot field with intensive expectation for flexible high-definition displays.On the one hand, within only one year, electroluminescence (EL) external quantum efficiency (EQE) of CH3NH3PbBr3organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite LEDs has been drastically improved up to 8.53％1 from the firstly reported 0.76％2.
