1 Introduction Metal phthalocyanines (MPcs) and their derivatives have been widely applied in organic devices, such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic photovoltaics (OPVs) and organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) etc 1-3.due to their high thermal and chemical stability as well as excellent electronic properties.As is widely accepted, organic crystal with different morphologies often shows various properties.
